Jennings sure is fun to watch.

Didn't know if that was Russel Wilson or Jon Jennings.

Impressive arm good touch on throws highly accurate.

Great scrambler.

Hope he can take the team to the playoffs and then maybe upset Edmonton.

Lulay should warm the bench he is a free agent after the year anyways.

Jennings has a few good games and suddenly you're comparing him to Russell Wilson. Give your head a shake. Real impressive he beat the worst team in the league.

Holy hell our third string QB beat the worst team in the league better ditch our starter.

Jennings hit more long throws in one game than Lulay does in one season. He scrambled to avoid pressure and threw accurate balls on the run unlike Lulay since 2011. Face it, Lulay may be done this year, maybe for good. He hasn't looked good since the injury. Jennings gives us hope at least. I don't think many believe he will make the Lions a championship team this year but I think most believe he gives us a much better chance than Lulay. Edited by JoeyJoeJoeJr. Shabadoo

I don't think Lulay is done I do think he rushed back to quickly and his play has suffered because of it. Someone on the team should have stepped in and sat him until he was fully healthy AND had his timing back because it looked like he was playing catch up all the whole time he was in.

I'm a huge fan of Lulay but the team needs to move forward without him playing. Perhaps he can take a coaching role of some sort. Be a mentor for Jennings.

Does this mean Collie has a better QBR than Glenn in this game?

Didn't get to watch the entire game, but I did see that play. Terrific throw by Collie and just as good a catch by Jennings. Someone who didn't follow the teams would never have known that it was a receiver throwing to a QB...

at the very least, Jennings earned another start

and Chip's right, he looks like Russell Wilson out there, I love having a mobile QB for the CFL game

plus he's got a pretty good gun

His scrambling when pressured was the difference maker as far as I see it. While Lulay would have been sacked, Jennings was able to scramble and find an open receiver. He's definitely learning as well. I remember a play in Calgary where he tried to force a pass into double coverage when pressured, easy pic. Last game he threw a couple away instead of trying to force it. Looks like he is getting comfortable with the long ball as well. Few throws were right on the money.

Speaking of that. They never showed the replay on the big screen, but that one long ball he threw perfectly which The Riders challenged and won sure looked like a catch to me and most of the crowd.

The Lions offense seems built more for a QB like Jennings than it is for Lulay.

Yeah and defences have to respect his running ability and play Harris honest. With Lulay and his injury history he has become very reluctant to run.

Harris had a great game last week and should continue against Winnipeg who are the worst d in the league when trying to stop the run this year.

Lulay hasn't looked right for a long time now not just his arm strength but also his accuracy and decision making too most of this year especially.
