(Value Of) Joe Thornton & Patrick Marleau

It has been rumoured that Sharks wanted to try and 'change the face' of the franchise in the summer but couldn't get any trades done. So what would a team needing a first/second line center (Toronto, Chicago, Anaheim etc,) have to give up to get either Thornton or Marleau?

Toronto might be interested in Big Joe, he could really complement the decent scoring wingers that the Leafs have. Imagine something like this for their Top 6:

J.V.R. - Thornton - Kessel (maybe Lupul could go? He must've gotten a bunch of assists from Kessel's goals, so Joe could replace his production, seeing he's been an elite play maker for quite awhile now-- J.V.R. could also benefit from playing with someone with size who can pass the puck nearly as well as his ex-line mate, Claude Giroux, did)

MacArthur - Grabovski - Kulemin (that is if they kept all these pieces)

Value wise, it's more difficult. What would SJ want that Toronto could offer? (The Sharks have strong D and alright goalie in place, guessing they would want a Top-6 winger for starters, presuming they trade Marleau somewhere else)

Clowe - Couture - Pavelski

Lupul - *Marleau - Havlat

*Patrick, or what they can get in a forward for him

I'd be willing to try Lupul + for Thornton, since both were point-per-game players last season (though Joe's been more consistent throughout his career)

EDIT: @Steven Stamkos' Mullet, I was thinking if Marleau does get moved and Pavelski stays on the right wing, the Sharks may also want Bozak, plus the Leafs have an excess at center as well, so maybe switch him in for Kulemin.
