DarthNinja
Are they making us hate Rick so they can... I don't think they are trying to make viewers hate Rick. If you can get past the white picket fences, he is actually making an extreme amount of sense in the reality of things and I believe that we are going to see precisely that during the finale. WOLVES NOT FAR.

pistolpro327
I've never read the comics, whats the wolves shtick? I know they differ the show v comics There is no "wolves" in the comics but right around this point in the storyline is when one of the nuttiest villains of the entire comic story so far and his followers enter the picture. Guessing the "wolves" are his crew which are actually called "saviors" in the comics if i remember correctly. Next season should be pretty insane if said villain is introduced or hinted at in the finale.
AppleJack
Rick & Carl Grimes are not going anywhere. On another note, I read a brilliant article on a theory for Daryl last night; http://popculthq.com/2015/03/15/daryl-is-going-to-say-goodbye-to-the-walking-dead-opinionpiece-mannysblogs/ I could actually see them doing this but with him not actually dying. So Norman can go film the movies he needs to and kind of come back to the rescue when Negan shows up? So like give him half a season off where we all think he is dead either that or... negan does show up and glen does die they are building glen up... jejejester
I don't think they will kill off Daryl. If anyone I could see them killing off Carol. She's been the mom he's never had
taxi
Kill Glen??? Or Karl?? Hmmm... My guess is carol. With the new characters in Alexandria, they no longer need a motherly figure.
AppleJack
Hmmm... My guess is carol. With the new characters in Alexandria, they no longer need a motherly figure. Carol is kind of becoming to bad a** for the motherly role though. I just don't see her being killed off just yet, maybe tara if the wolves attack? Rick Grimes
The Wolves are most likely the DC Scavengers. What I feel is they HAVE to have the DC Scavengers/Wolves appear first so Rick can have a legit reason to take over Alexandria it will be a nice way to force Deanna to see that they need the mentality that Rick & The gang bring to Alexandria. It is still too early for Negan to appear, I can just feel it, they are not that far along yet. We are at roughly issue 75 of the comics, Negan appears first in issue 100, we have a few more bumps in the road before the show enters what I believe will be the most important, and highest rated part of the entire Walking Dead series. ShakyWalton
Andrew Lincoln even feels Negan isnt far off.... In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter Andrew Lincoln, the man behind Rick Grimes, has come out with what he expects to see now that the gang has made it to Alexandria, saying: There are astonishingly brilliant and thrilling characters that I am convinced we would be idiots not to meet in our journey; I would be very surprised if we don't see Negan on the horizon in the not-too-distant future. What struck me, that I've always been excited about, is we're coming into the sixth season of this show ... and it's the medieval part of The Walking Dead comic, where you realize that there are these isolated communities but don't really know other ones exist. But they're all building and forming themselves with their own image. And then there's a clash of those communities. That, to me, is really interesting and when it gets really exciting with all the action. It turns into this insane, near-apocalyptic landscape that we've never seen before. That is almost a reimagining and a restart for society and humanity. And that is such a rich thing to tell.

I haven't read this far in the comics just got spoiled so I am probably wrong/mixed up but aren't the scavengers negan's group? Or the rather the group he takes over before he meets rick's group and glen meets his demise

I agree. I think that everyone is too anxious to get Negan into the picture. Realistically, have they even been in Alexandria for more than a week? Tangelos
i think that there just isn't much to say on the subject of the W's right now. they've touched on it a couple times, but without anything new if feels pointless to dwell on it for too long. I'd rather hear predictions than Them just talking about how Rick has gone full shane for the 10th straight episode. That wolves group is clearly what is going to move the plot forward so to me it's the most important development at the moment. They brush over it like it's some silly subplot and waste 10 minutes talking about Sasha who no one really cares about. But regardless, just really excited for the finale.
