Bhaag Milkha Bhaag - 9.5/10. Although its a Bollywood film and i dont understand the dialogue (need to read subs) I don't recall enjoying a movie as much as I enjoyed this in recent memory. Has to be at or near the top of my favorite films (Hollywood or Bollywood).

The Great Gatsby (2013): 7/10

"The Great Gatsby" is stylish and was well casted, but it seems to be more focused on the looks than the content and plot. Enjoyable, but it cannot compare to the novel.

Sounds a lot like the novel IMO.

Gravity - 9/10

It's right up there with The Matrix, Lord of the Rings and Avatar in terms of game-changing special effects. And Cuaron's long-takes and intense close-ups keep things insanely tense. There's a backstory to Sandra Bullock that was way too melodramatic and which took me out of it a little bit, but every-time the crap hit the fan I was completely engrossed.

Highly recommended.

The Hangover Part III - 5/10 (generous)

Terrible, I'd say don't bother watching it but just to prove how bad it is I dare you to watch it.

It was truly, truly terrible. How the F--- do you have a movie called 'The Hangover' without an actual Hangover?

The only way I can see giving it respect if it's a meta-trolling job from the creators, like "Hey, remember how much guilty pleasure you got from watching those two other movies? Well, here's what the hangover from that feels like, now sit still for the next two hours and watch this piece of sh!t."

Let the Right One In - 8/10

Loved it. Well crafted and well acted. Good to see a vampire film that stays pretty true to the folklore, and I don't even like vampire films. Tons of heart in this film, which is a romantic film at heart. Didn't know anything about it going into watching it. Very impressed with how accurately the writer portrayed middle school children. Do not miss those days. The most impressive part was the acting by the kids in the film. So well done. Note: Daniel Alfreddson's brother directed it.

Star Trek: Into Darkness - 7.5/10

Reviewed it before, but my wife and I purchased it on Blu-Ray. I think we are the only people that like it. Not sure why a lot of people didn't.

It was good - I think I rated it the same. But the first one was far, faaaarrrr better.

I think most people were just disappointed. But I knew that going in.
