Raoul Duke
Just saw 12 Years a Slave. I have a very slim list of 10/10 movies, and that one will be added without hesitation Wifey and I are going to see it Monday. Stoked. Apperently it's pretty brutal to watch at times? D-Money
There's the problem. I usually give a series a bit longer. I can't watch two episodes of something and just dismiss it like that. Well, I'm in my mid-30's, and have a kid. Don't have time to waste on something as frivolous as a TV show I have no interest in. Lots of other options for my limited entertainment time. Speaking of other TV options, watching Burn Notice on Netflix USA lately. Great show. The pilot was a little off though, but they worked out the bugs. You're crazy Origins was great, it had Cody Hodgson in it. Edited November 12, 2013 by NightHawkSniper

Agreed, I think 5 is a lil low for the Wolverine as well, 6.5-7 is more fair. And, yeah Cody was pretty bad ass in that. Tangelos
Just watched the worlds end. 7.5/10. Really funny, but the whole alien thing was kind of confusing and random. Probably the 2nd best of the Pegg/Frost trilogy. Hot fuzz is still my favourite and Shaun of the dead comes in 3rd
Tangelos
Has anyone checked out the promos and posters for Nymphomaniac? I don't even know what to think about it except it looks pointless. My boy Labeouf is in it, so I'm intrigued

CanuckofSteel
Thor: The Dark World- 7.5/10 Way better than the first Thor movie, but not as good as Iron Man 3. I have to say that Thor has the weakest films out of the Marvel Universe, that's just what I think.

Whatthepuck
The Postman(1997) Kevin coster in a post apocolyptic wasteland. starts delivering mail between settlements for food. im my opinion. this movie was about and hour and 10 maybe 20 minutes too long. coming in at about 2 hours 45 min. it has great moments followed by chunks of unnessasary filler. tried to enjoy it. really did at some points. but for the last hour - 45 mins i was dieing for it to end. 4bags of popcorn and but only 1 soda pop

Costner, really? Bull Durham and Tin Cup are two of the finer sports films ever made, IMHO. Of course there was that Oscar for Dances With Wolves.... Tangelos
The wolverine. 5/10 Just kind of boring. There are barely any mutants. He's just fighting a bunch of humans the whole time. When I watch a super hero movie I want to see the super hero fight super villains. X-men origins was better IMO.

The Oscar was for the movie and directing not acting. Edited November 10, 2013 by hudson bay rules
