Armada
We dropped again by 1 to #5 now. Who's to blame? CDC, Christy, the tolls, the snow, old people?
D-Money
Those are "quality of living" rankings. Other Canadian cities ranked in the top 50: Ottawa 14th Toronto 15th Montreal 23rd Calgary 32nd Obviously, individuals will differ on the weighting of each category. Is public transit more important than affordability of housing?

Electro Rock
Beancounter say what? As I've said before, between the questionable seeming criteria and countless elements that are difficult to quantify, I wouldn't take a bunch of accountants seriously in this matter. luineul
^ At any rate, it doesn't seem that housing affordability really factored into this report. Quality of living comes with a price, I suppose.
