Will the Red Wings make the playoffs after losing Lidstrom and Holmstrom?

Stuart and Hudler left as well, so no. They havent gotten people to fill in those spots. Well sure they can fill in, but they wont carry the team like the guys they lost.

I expect they'll make the playoffs, but I doubt they make any noise once they get there.

I say yes, but they won't dominate. I have them slated for the 6th spot in the west. This is only if they work well together and make some good chemistry. If they don't work together too well, they could very well fall out of a spot.

No disrespect to Holmstrom but these are the guys they need to replace. TH wasn't doing all that much last season anyways.

So you're predicting them to go 48 - 2 - 0 in the regular season? Might be a tough team to knock off in round 1.
