What is the difference between Sno White Eggs and Lucerne Eggs at Safeway?

Lucerne is a div of Safeway and the eggs can come from many diff plants and Sno White is a trade name from a farm in Manitoba that sells to Safeway and sometimes it's products are sold under the Lucerne name.

When 2 different products are virtually the same the retailer can up the price on both and then discount one of them in order to make it look like they are offering the consumer a deal but in fact they are not.

Edit. I have never found a taste difference in any eggs unless you truly get farm fresh/organic/free range (ie expensive) ones.

also, if you can buy your eggs directly from the farm, it's always the best, and cheapest.

We get Rabbit River Farms brown eggs and I hate them (but, hubby is sweet enough to always do the grocery shopping, so I won't complain). But, the brown eggs often have dots of blood or clumps of something and even though I read it's harmless, I always picture a poor dead baby bird when I crack them open.

i LOVE/prefer farm fresh brown eggs, and every egg eaten is a baby bird not hatched, I don't see how you could make a distinction that it's not...
