Ghostsof1915
If this has been posted before I apologize because I did a search and it didn't come up. Updated! So who has a No Trade Clause/No Movement Clause on the Canucks? I remember when Edler was signed for his extension his NTC kicks in in July, so if he's moved it would have to be at the draft. All I've found was TheFourthPeriod.com's list and they state it's (And CapGeek.com) No Trade: Garrison Hamhuis Kesler Luongo Malhotra (Limited no specifics) Bieksa with a Full NTC (As opposed to a partial or regular NTC?) as per CapGeek.com (Thanks Canuck-a-nuck!) No Movement Clause: Daniel and Henrik Sedin. Is this list accurate?
L'Orange
Bieksa has a full NTC as well. CapGeek is a great resource for a quick glance.

-Vintage Canuck-
Sedins - NMC/NTC Kesler - NTC (starting in 2012-13 for the duration of the contract) Malhotra - Limited NTC Bieksa - Full NTC Garrison - NTC Hamhuis - NTC Luongo - Full NTC (Exception 1: Player can supply five-team trade list following final game of 2013-14, valid through July 15, 2014; Exception 2: If player does not submit trade list as documented in Exception 1, team can request a five-team trade list following final game of 2017-18 season, valid through Sept. 1, 2018. If player submitted a trade list in 2014 and was not moved, team loses right to request trade list in 2018.) http://www.capgeek.com/canucks/
L'Orange
I assume Edler will be traded before his NTC kicks in this July.
Dogbyte
Bieksa http://hfboards.hock...ad.php?t=935923 I thought Burrows and Ballard as well ... maybe not though. So, only 9 players ... great work MG.

higgyfan
Sedins Kesler Edler (Starting in July) Luongo Hamhuis Bieksa Burrows (Starting in July) Garrison Malhotra (Expires in July) Way too many for one team. Although players have been traded with NTC, it makes it difficult and doesn't look good to UFA's that might join the team.

Plum
Higgins has a limted NTC when he re signed. I think he can pick like 10 teams he wants to go to.
Fred65
It's a trade off, you give a player the NTC when he really wants to play here AND he's willing to take less salary in return

spliced
Does anyone actually know if Edler has a NTC now or if it kicks in in July? Because there was a change in the CBA: - Players will also now be able to receive no movement or no trade clauses that come into effect immediately when they sign a contract extension, not when the new deal begins. http://m.theglobeandmail.com/sports/hockey/globe-on-hockey/lesser-known-gains-for-nhl-players-in-the-new-cba/article7029965/?service=mobile
