CanucksFanMike
I wouldn't do it.... I think that part of our core needs to change but the twins aren't going anywhere.
CALGARY!
A core swap lol. So Winnipeg gets an aging core with a few more decent seasons in them while Vancouver gets a young core with a decade of good seasons to come. I guess it's worth a shot, have Gillis ring up the boys in Winnipeg

Phil_314
We need more centers. There's already no depth at center in our lineup (sure Iron Man Hank can be counted on to play but Kes gets injured too often and Schroeder, Lapierre, Gaunce etc. can't take Top 6 roles yet) and you want to trade away our most dependable center? Kane - Kes - Wheeler (this would be fine but we'd be back to the high-flying West Coast Express days, where there's just one line) Burr - Schroeder - Kassian Higgins - Gaunce - Jensen? ????? - Lapierre - Hansen
schlaBAM
Wheeler is an RFA. How much do you think he's going to ask for? That could be a big problem. And I think the Sedins are here until they retire. If management was to ship them off and they didn't ask for it (along with finding a team that would take on 12.1M of contracts), they'd look even worse than they already do with the whole Luongo situation. Monty
No way Winnipeg does this. They trade Kane, who is locked up for another 4 years, Byfuglien who is locked up for another 3 years, and Wheeler who is an RFA for the Sedin's (who are in a contract year and can/will leave after the season) and Edler (who is not better than Byfuglien). missioncanucksfan
We might have to sweeten the pot.... Toss in Sweatt or Sauve.... Then for sure they would go for it

Pears
I hate to say it but it's a business we will never go anywhere with the Sedins they are too soft in the playoffs
CALGARY!
Hate to say it but one clip does not say they aren't soft. And I don't think the guy who called them soft meant just in hitting, they dont score much in the playoffs and don't usually lead there opposition in TOA either
The Magician
Quit saying they're too soft. Because we both know they aren't
