I'm not even going to get it, I have the latest xbox 360 already. This is really just a money grab. The other one isn't outdated yet. No need for it now really. I'm just hoping they don't change the games, so I wont need to buy a new one anytime soon if I want to continue to buy the new games.

from your own link on the other thread.

Electronic Arts has said that it will support the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 with new games until 2017.

and

Microsoft believes that next-generation consoles could sell 1 billion units combined.

The company also wants to sell 25 million more Xbox 360 units over the next five years, bringing its total sales up to 100 million.

No cause they keep updating it. I have the latest xbox 360 and it is perfectly fine.

I just dont see the need for it. Its not massively outdated where we desperately need something new and cuttting edge. There is nothing wrong with current gaming and its not like the new gaming (I mean actually playing the games) is any different anyways its just all this added stuff.

I dont know, most of this stuff is gimicky, honestly I play games 99.9% of the time on my PlayStation, the other 0.01% is checking messages.

Companies are rolling out things such as scrolling with your eyeballs on the S4, changing pages with a hand swipe, Siri, etc. But how much do most people use that stuff? Not much..

Focus on gaming Microsoft AND Sony. (Not in here to flame consoles.)

Improve the gaming experience, the rest I can use a computer for, hell I replace my computer with my iPad 90% of the time.

These next gen consoles are simply cash grabs, gaming will be pretty much the same, its just the stuff around it being different, most of it being unnecessary.

Developers will only make games for the new systems is what I'm saying, so unless you will be satisfied with no new games from here on out, then by all means stick to what you have.

I know you feel there is no need for new systems but that's the nature of the business
