Mr.Canuckrazy
I'm assuming Luongo gets traded for picks/prospects so ignore that. Sign Briere at around 3 mil? Daniel - Henrik - Kassian/Jensen Booth - Briere - Kesler Higgins - Burrows - Hansen/Kassian Gaunce - Lapierre - Jensen/Kassian Ebbett or whoever you want at under 750k per season. Then do, (However you want it) Hamhuis - Garrison Edler - Corrado Bieksa - Tanev Alberts Schneider Backup Goalie under 1.25m. Kassian can be a monster with the twins. Briere can be the playmaker for kes and booth. Great shut down line that can provide offense at 35-40 points a year. (they all had around 25 this season) Also, Burrows has a career faceoff pct of around 45-47 ish pct. Why not get the rookies involved? They can be shuffled up and down for hansen/higgins depending on their play. Jensen was really good on the backcheck, and in our own zone. He just needs a bit of learning on offence, so we can shuffle him up and down with Hansen, Higgins, or Kassian, or if Gaunce plays well we can move him up for burrows maybe? It seems realistic just because it's one signing instead of all the other 5 trade proposals on cdc that end up getting us mackinnon.

sroutley
I pray more is done then that. I still think Sedins need split up, Henrik can survive without Daniel. It would be nice to see how Daniel plays without Henrik. Both can make great passes so why not move that kinda talent around. Both are too soft to be on one line. Need a gritty player like Burrows and some size like kassian with Henrik. Then grit from Kelser and size from say Morrow to play with Daniel. Much more talent spread to two lines. I have noticed one thing about LA/San Jose/Boston teams of that sort all have a lot of talented Centers as there top players. How many does Vancouver have two? Apples
I like adding Brierre to the team, but we need more experienced and veteran NHL players on the team

Apples
It isn't. He's a player that could be valuable for a cheap price if he gets bought out.
