Offensive Threat
The whole purpose of Bilderberg is for people of influence in politics and business to be able to get together and have frank discussions on important world topics without having to censor themselves as they have to in almost every other circumstance. Hence the secrecy. Conspiracy theories abound. Some merely outlandish and some beyond even the slightest thread of reality. Unfortunately the actual facts are usually far more boring. DeNiro
So if a premiere of a province is going to discuss things regarding his province, should it not be public record? Why Saskatchewan? Something to do with their wheat I would guess. Maybe the prairies will be adopting GMOs now too. Yay!

Dilly Canuck
Some of the most influencial people in the world meeting together at one location, sounds like a perfect target for terrorists. So why exactly do they broadcast this through the media when it's "supposed to be a secretive meeting"?

theminister
I'm still not certain why, now that the existence and attendee lists are public knowledge, that politicians are not arrested for attending these meetings. In most democratic countries it is illegal for public officials to meet and organize with dignitaries from other nations outside of an official capacity. Since Canada does not recognize the Bilderbergers as an international agency I don't understand how Wall can attend. Even worse is that it is a strategy meeting heavily influenced by the private sector and multinationals no less. Huge No-No. This has historically been referred to as treasonous behaviour.
