Master Mind
There's been a lot of proposals for the Canucks to get 2 top 3 picks. Considering how difficult that would be, wouldn't the most logical team to get both of them be Florida? Tallon does have the assets to get another top 3 pick, so it would be much easier to pull off than for any other team to. Question is, would Tallon make that kind of trade? If so, what do you think he would have to give up in return?

Master Mind
If the ownership there is willing to spend some real money, then Lui and Edler could change that team overnight. They have so many prospects that they could give up high draft picks and young guys like Bjugstad and Matthias and not even miss them.
MJDDawg
I'm not asking what it would take for us to get their pick. I'm asking what it would cost Florida to get one of the other top 3 picks.

Apple Juice
I think if Tallon was to do this, he'd give up Bjugstad in a heartbeat if it meant that he could land both MacKinnon and Drouin
Apples
Possible. Imagine huberdeau with drouin and mackinnon. Crazy line
Warhippy
He could easily do it and shed cap as well. Cogs being Bjugstad Trochek Gudbranson later round picks (2nd through 7th) and even Jovo and Campbell, Weisse Matthias' rights. That's the beauty of having genuine depth, not what the homers claim the Canucks have but genuine depth. You can lose pieces and not worry because it ends up being an overall upgrade. The only issue is that Tallon's only trade partners would be Colorado or Nashville as in that sad sack division the 3rd and 5th spot are held by Carolina and Tampa. Divisional foes.
