The Blues are really pleased with Michael Raffl´s perfomance in Sotchi and it seems that some GM´s paying some attention on him lately...for all those GM´s ...Raffl is not available and he´s Part of our Future Plans.

Well... we have to expect some Offer Sheets for Michael and some other RFA´s with the beginning of July ...but be sure...the Blues will Match those Sheets.

RUMOUR: As the Olympics head towards the latter stages, the Philadelphia Flyers continue to talk with teams enquiring about potential rental players. Teams with playoff aspirations should PM the Flyers GM Azzy Mahmood as the Flyers have several assets which could prove the difference come the post-season.

On the eve of the Gold Medal Olympic Hockey matchup, the Rangers have announced a deal in principle which will bring an element of strength to the third line. "At this time, all I can confirm is that we are adding to the team and not subtracting from it. We are looking forward to bolstering the Third line, and this deal keeps our room intact, and our team intact. Now, how about Sami Salo, what olympic poise out there, Congrats to all our Olympians and we are looking forward to seeing some of our faces on the podium tomorrow.

Olympians returning after the break that are proud to welcome back include Thomas Vanek, Andrej Meszaros, Andrej Sekera, Sami Salo, Milan Michalek, and of course all the best in gaining a GOLD to you and your team, Mike Smith,

The Olympic Hockey, Men's and Women's was great! Superb even. I LOVED seeing Canada's, Sweden's and the Finnish Flags together rising to the rafters. Not to be all mushy, but it was an emotional moment. Hockey is just an amazing team sport. Can't get enough. These olympics are inspiring too: my great nephew's got out on the ice and did some skating at very young ages..mostly due to the exposure of the Games...the toddler managed to stand upright, while his older brother made some good strides around the rink, and their momma and poppa were proud of them, so was their great uncle. AWESOME SAUCE.

And now, GAME ON! (I am lookin at you, Jersey.)

It seems Ramo and Bournival wont return yet and with Spaling another Player could miss some more Games.

Weiss return is also unclear, so the Blues will Start the last Weeks of the Season without some important Players.

Jack Skille is listed injured on TSN but not at cbssports. ..i l lkeep an eye on this.

Mason and Volchenkov seems to return though.

Awesome stuff PO. I can relate. Took Connor skating last week (might be able to today as well if I don't get called to work before 1pm) and he's doing really well, and on his own pushed away the little cart for balance and tried skating all on his own. Fell a few times but got up still smiling and kept going, so proud of him! Then, while watching the Womens game, Connor started chanting Ca-na-da! while I was watching overtime, and was singing Oh Canada during the medal ceremony, and later on while watching the slalom skiing he was memorized, turns to me and says, 'I wanna do that'.
