Thanks Brother.

You had more faith in my team than i did i am ashamed to say.

The Hawks are an example that you do not need a team of stars to have some succes in this league.

Saying that i feel that on any given night the Wild have the personel to erase any lead i have built.

I need performance from my top guys if I have any hope of taking you out.

The round 1 hero Patrick Maroon has to step up his game.

To clarify for those that have asked, this is a qualifying offer:

Qualifying offer
Random Player - 1 year, $2 million

Remember to remind the agent to inform me if a player is qualified, or include me when you send a qualifying offer so I can mark them as qualified on your chart. If they aren't listed in your chart in italics, they haven't been marked as qualified.

Are we allowed to qualify our RFAs without it counting against our 6 signings?

Yup

End of season - Free Agency: Teams may begin full negotiations with up to 6 players. Holding full negotiations does NOT mean the player will sign prior to free agency. (Qualifying offers for RFAs are allowed without limit but if the team wishes to hold full negotiations with them they do count against their 6 player limit.)

Note that while there are no limits on the number of qualifying offers you can submit, any full negotiations or preliminary discussions still count towards the limits discussed in section 4.5 of the CBA. Agents should not respond with any sort of counter offer to a qualifying offer unless the team indicates it wishes to hold full negotiations or preliminary discussions with that player.

SIGNING: The Philadelphia Flyers have re-signed defenseman Nick Holden to a four year deal.

Nick Holden: 4 years, 11.0 million dollar contract ( $ 2,750,000.00 per season ).

The Flyers are delighted that Nick has signed a new contract with the team. His emergence on the blueline this season has given us a huge boost, and we look forward to the best years of Nick's career in a Flyers jersey.

If I qualify my player with one agent, but don't make a formal offer or even preliminary discussion, am I able to negotiate with another agent?

No.

A qualifying offer is still an offer and is subject to it being accepted, and negotiating with a separate agent for the same player would result in the club losing the player to unrestricted free agency.

I didn't see that one of my players was signed with an agent, and qualified him with another agent. What am I too do in this case? (The agent responded, saying both players had been qualified).

Apologies as I had a straight up brain - fart on that one.
