Amish Rake Fighter
They just showed a pretty sweet highlight package of 5 or 6 nice plays AC has made tonight and it's not even 5 minutes in to the 2nd period.
Gyllenhaal
Is there a way to watch a replay of the game somewhere online, I've never seen Cederholm play and was planning on watching him today but I completely forgot.

They may replay the game later, at like 11 or something. I know ROOT does that down south here
TheFastOne21
Well the more games I attend in Portland, the closer I watch AC. I am more impressed with him with each series so far this playoffs. He seems to have more of a green light to be more offensive against Edmonton. He is carrying the puck out more often and joining the rush on occasion. He still is the defense to Puliot's offense and that tandem works incredibly well but he is looking very confident so far here in the WHL finals. elvis15
Didn't get to watch, but saw the update from Giuriato: Tyson Giuriato @TysonGiuriato Portland taking it to Edmonton again tonight. 3-0 early in the second period. Cederholm has been very active tonight. Cederholm with two great scoring chances tonight from jumping up in the rush. Also with a handful of big hits. #Canucks Sounds like he's coming into his own confidence-wise, just lacking the production at this point to suggest he'll have an offensive side to his game at the pro level. Ghostsof1915
He reminds me of a Hjalmarsson type player. Won't put up huge points, but is a rock-steady defender.
Boudrias
I never saw any of the Kelowna series but the contrast between the Victoria round and Edmonton isstartling. Appears much more confident and looks like the coach is playing him a little more.AC looks huge. When he hits someone it has impact. He holds his position well and does not wander. Iwould like him to play another year of WHL. His rush in the 3rd period was a bit of a surprise butimpressive.

He definitely got the green light last night, the one chance that I mentioned earlier in the thread was nice but the 2nd one that I remember was a beauty, it was closer to the middle of the ice and he got a pretty good backhand whack at the rebound, not 100% sure but I think it was in the 2nd period. I think there were 3 good rushes/pinches too, one a period. I watched him fairly closely (it was a good game) and I saw him make one mistake in the defensive zone where he flubbed a clearing pass beside the net in the far left corner that resulted in some mild pressure by the Oil Kings. His response was perfect though, instead of chasing the puck up to the half boards and running out of position, he waved a closer (and quicker) Pouliot in to take the guy and went back to cover the front of the net. The next chance he got to get the puck out, he didn't panic(which is what most inexperienced kids would do after the initial mistake), he calmly settled the puck down, skated it out of his zone, had a look up ice and ripped a cross ice pass that sprung the right winger down his side and resulted in a scoring chance. I've still only seen him play a few times but I was really impressed last night and I don't think I'm being a homer either because the announcers were foaming at the mouth over what he was doing too. I wish I had that highlight package of the 1st period that they put together, he did something good on just about every shift, whether it was a hit, a stick check, a pass or blocking a shot. I remember the flubbed pass! I nearly screamed as I'm not used to him making mistakes. His response as you said was great though. He also flubbed another pass to Puliot but there was no pressure and he recovered it and skated it out of the zone then created another chance for De Leo I think it was. His passing has improved ten fold this season. I remember in the first few weeks his passes were weak but on target most of the time. Now into the playoffs his passes are crisp, hard and mostly right to the tape. He has shown good vision and good instincts. This is all from a guy who is playing his first season of North American hockey. Smaller rinks, better players and a more physical game and he has flourished. Portland develops talent well. Hopefully he takes that and continues developing into a Tanev/Corrado player and by that I mean a relatively unknown low pick that storms up the depth chart. Also, I am excited to watch game 3 tonight in Edmonton. See how he and Puliot do in the the Oil Kings barn.

Gerbera
Seems like his season might be over soon... Leading series 2-0, now losing series 3-2. Also losing 3-0 in the 1st in game 6....
stonecoldstevebernier
Portland's just come back to tie the game at 5-5 in the 3rd period... what a shot by Pouliot just now. Cederholm also has a goal. They're not done yet! Edit: Portland takes it in OT, and there will be a Game 7 tomorrow!
