Caboose
2.9 cap hit? Better than I expected.
Franksedin
Nonis is backing TO into a cap corner. They have some important rfas to sign still. If I was a team with cap room I'd offer sheet Kadri or Franson and either screw TO or steal a good young player.
shazzam
good deal Price was on a similar contract before.

Where's Wellwood
Yes because signing Bernier to 2.9 per hurts the team. Not many teams are interested in giving away 1st round picks and usually the lower place teams are the ones with the cap room so it isn't a late 1st either. Franksedin
I think the Nonis comment was more in regards to the other signings from today where Toronto just threw money around left and right.

Franksedin
Good idea..............oh wait, we can't do that because our GM has completely backed us into a corner too.
Where's Wellwood
Bingo. Someone pays attention. Kadri gunnerson Franson are all rfas right now. Plus their fourth line at the moment really cannot play good hockey.

Henrik Kesler
I guarantee Kadri makes at least 5 mill. And suddenly Toronto's up against the cap.
