Gerbera
4 mil ... 1 year.. I guess the Blues are aware of his performance in this past playoffs and are cautious....
Dion Phaneuf
I think he left larger offers on the table for a chance to win a cup with the Blues. The team looks legit on paper, they just need to translate that on the ice.
Blueberries
His size wont matter because the teams got him covered.

poetica
I didn't hate him, but I didn't love him either. No way was his contributions in his short time with us worth anywhere near $4M even if we had the cap space. But best of luck to him!
Pears
Stewart - Roy - Tarasenko Perron - Backes - Oshie Steen - Berglund - Schwartz Reaves - Lapierre - Sobotka That is a terrifyingly good forward group. But with Jaskin coming in I think they let Stewart sign an offer sheet with someone or trade him.

Baka
And then never be able to sign a UFA ever again. Plus Gillis would give him NTC.
Ossi Vaananen
St.Louis will be a good fit for him. I wonder why he would agree to sign with an asterix pending physical... he's an established vet.
D-Money
Roy could work there. Lots of size around him. Similar player to MacDonald. I think their plan is to move Halak for cap room. Not many teams left looking for a starter though...Florida maybe?

ArmchairCanuckGM
Should have gone to the Blue Jackets, he would have centred their first line. If I was him I would have been excited to centre Gaborik and Horton!
canucks.brad
roy was used poorly here. he played with kesler who has a shoot first mentality. he had chem with higgins, and was only with him a short while... i dont know why kesler always got a free pass at centre. kesler - roy - higgins roy proved to have much more vision than kesler kesler would have shot... Prngr44
Blues also talking about moving one of Backes/Berglund to wing so there's that to consider too. I'd personally rather hang on to Halak this year, but all signs point to them moving his salary and riding Elliott and Allen. *gulp*
