King Heffy
What would it take to convince Lamoriello to undo the robbery he committed against the Canucks? To NJ: Horvat, Luongo (Van eats 1 mil for the next 2 years), 2nd To Van: Schneider Fixes Gillis' moronic trade, gives NJ a goalie for the next few years, and pays them a bit of interest in the 2nd. Pavel Burrows
Are you serious? That is the stupidest idea in the world.... That would get Gillis fired guarnteed......... King Heffy
We traded our excellent goalie just entering his prime for a guy who MIGHT be a 2nd liner and a goalie who may or may not report.
TheRussianRocket.
How excellent is this goalie who hasn't even played 100 games yet? Better yet, let's bring up his playoff stats cause that's where it matters most. As of now, Horvat is a better playoff player (even if you compare junior numbers) and that's what this organization lacks. Adding on, Horvat has 100x more potential to develop and become better when he is "entering his prime" than Schneider. Schneider is 27 years old, Horvat is 17. Horvat will play as many games as Schneider has thur far by the time he hits 22 whereas people seem to forget this Cory guy hasn't proved anything at all. He's just as unpredictable as Horvat is at this point. Guy plays a half season and thinks he's a HOFer lol. Now he wants to compete against arguably the best goalie of all time for the starting job; he has too much ego and to prove it, called the Canucks "my team" as if he had the goalie situation locked in the bag. He's overrated and won't get a shot to become a regular in a few more years and ontop, with Rask signing for 7 mill, how much do you think Schneids would have wanted? ...we gave up an unproven goalie who's 27 who won't become a #1 for a few more years for Horvat who was considered a top 3 pick in any other draft despite this years being so deep....
