apollo
I don't see how him and stamkos are similar either... You never know what Yakupov can turn into. Give him a few years... his peak may come close to bure I still think semin can reach bure in some terms if he keeps improving. Oh... and definitely not ovy. They are completely different players imo.
R3aL
Wtf is with all the stamkos comparison ? Do you guys even watch the game? Gabroik is probably the closest thing to burr in terms of style and ability. One of the big reason why we can't see any more bure nowadays, other than the unique talent and dashing good look, is that the rules are quite different now compare to the 90s, and defenseman are generally smaller back then The game has changed. мeтpо
So you do t watch enough hockey games and can't think of a comparison, so you randomly grab a top goal scorer in the current gen and say he plays like bure because he has a lot of goals? Rly?

WonderTwinPowers
After watching him at the beginning of last season I'd say Tarasenko has a very similar play style to Bure
canuck_forever
Probably Gaborik, honestly no one really has Bure's exact style and flash in the league right now.
Kubrick
It's Yakupov, no doubt in my mind. Very low skaters that just explode through crossovers. He'll to knock off the puck.
-AJ-
Weise doesn't compare himself to Bure. Bure compares himself to Weise.
Ghostsof1915
Selanne in his prime, but they were different style of players. Bure actually was similar to Maurice Richard. Both players from the Blue Line in were dangerous and a threat to score. Bure was a generational talent, the likes we will probably not see again. One of the best pure snipers in the game. It's just a pity watching the way he played for Russia in Nagano showed there was more untapped potential in him, and he was more of a complete player then he was in the NHL. Maybe the international ice surface is where he could really shine.

Down by the River
It is like asking us what is most similar to a Ferrari and then telling us the options we have to choose from are a Toyota Tercel, a Chrysler LeBaron and a Chevy Cavalier.
