The Mission-born singer, known all over the world as the singer of superhit "Call Me Maybe", threw out the first pitch at Sunday's Tampa Bay Rays game, and it was bad. Historically bad. Jepsen's pitch went nowhere near the batter's box, instead bouncing harmlessly on the grass to her left. According to the Fox Sports announcers, Jepsen was throwing strikes in warm-up, but when it came time to do the real thing, she held onto the ball a little too long.
