He also paced for 27 points over 48 games, which would have been 3rd on the Canucks (4th if Kesler had been healthy). I'd be stoked if GMMG can fit him in, I just doubt that he can. Bylsma played a top-6 heavy game, Kunitz was playing 18+ minutes. He was on a pretty stacked team. With Kunitz, Neal, Iggy and Dupuis playing with the 2 elite superstars, of course Morrow was gonna produce a bit less... if he had played on those lines or at least had those minutes, he probably would have had 4 goals/4 assists or so. Considering Raymond, who's production he'd be replacing, has never scored more than 3 goals in the playoffs, I'd say he'd still be an upgrade. But it won't happen due to cap anyway. If so he counts on the 35+ cap rule so we could sign him Sedin-Sedin-Burrows Morrow-Kesler-Kassian Booth-Gaunce-Hansen Higgins-Richardson-Weise That would be a good forward group plus we would have Hamuis-Bieksa Edler-Garrison Weber/Fistric(hopefully)-Tanev Lu Eriksson/Lack Pretty good lineup if you ask me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
