mpt Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 Bottom 6 refers to the 3rd and 4th forward lines. I have never once heard the 3rd D-pairing called the bottom 6. Besides what would be the point of even saying, if he makes the NHL he will be bottom pairing? Of course of he makes the team he will be bottom pairing, he has no NHL experience.
