He is a good 4th line winger but more than a million for a 4th liner is silly IMO unless they have some pretty good intangebles. LA would probabbly be stoked with the offer sheet either they get the guy they want at a managable price or the get picks in compensation. LA has so many guys who fill that role, I'm not sure they are too stressed about signing both him and Lewis. Sign one for about 1 mil and they are fine King, Carcillo, Fraser, Nolan are all good 4th liners with King potentially moving up. There line up is more or less set. Brown Kopitar Williams Frattin Richards Carter King Stoll Toffoli Clifford/Lewis Fraser Nolan Carcillo, Pearson, Kozun. They also have 9 NHL ready defensman( depends what you think of Keaton Ellerby) if Willie Mitchell is good to go, if not they save 3.5 on LTIR.
