7-game trip early, and a 5-game trip right before the Olympics, and no other trips longer than 4 games... not too bad for the road schedule. And we get a couple days off after the 7. Could be a lot worse.

Canucks are a 2:1 split on the road for the first 1/4 of the schedule. Depending on how the new division alignments work out, and Luongo's notorious slow starts, it may be a tough hill to climb just to make the playoffs.

seriously what a Mickey Mouse league schedule. How can the NHL justify sending a team criss crossing all over the map on a 7 game road trip with 2 back to back games.

Philly-Buffalo-pitts-columbus-NYI-NJ-St. Louis, really this is the best they could do?

Philly-pitt-NYI-NJ-Buff-Col- St. Lou wouldn't make it more reasonable?
