zombieksa
Honestly, I'd watch the movie, over, and over, and over, and over, and over again until you've desensitised yourself to whatever is messing with your mind

Pitpotpit
Like CanuckRow suggested, watch a behind the scenes footage of the film. Then you can probably comes to terms with that everything in the movie was fake and the characters were simply acting.
canucks#01fan
Frequent nightmares are a sign of a serious anxiety disorder or a sign of excessive stress. See a therapist
gmen81
A movie that used to give me chills when I was younger and I would think about certain scenes was Flowers in the Attic. Not sure why, but it did.

UFCanuck
You have to travel to Peru and live in the rain forest with some locals and you'll be cured.

marleau_12
Had the same problem when I watched game 7 vs Boston The Ring. That little girl was in nightmares numerous times. Eventually they just stopped. 12 years though, yeesh. Not sure what I can do for you there. All the best.

The Brahma Bull
Meditate. It will slow your mind down, it will increase your focus and eventually you may be able to realize more often when you are dreaming and flip your dream upside down. Discipline your mind. If you don't want to do that, you could try talking to a psychologist or yahoo answers. The core of our being is fear. It can take on an infinite amount of forms. Primus099
Hahha I remember I was scared crapless of her face, for a few months I would not want to get out of bed to go to the washroom or get a glass of water because I was afraid her face would pop up somewhere. Lets hope to god this isnt the movie, for ZombieBieksas sake. EDIT: Zombieksa*
