AllEyezOnMe
Ok so I have a massive amount of dandruff in my hair and a very dry scalp. I'm just wondering what you guys can recommend for my hair, I have been using head and shoulders for like the past 8 years and just realized it isn't working LOL. Jokes, but the dandruff has been a problem for about 6-8 months so if anyone knows any permanent fixes please hook a brother up. Link to comment

canucks#01fan
You can massage vinegar on your scalp and leave it on for a few minutes. Serious. Increasing the intake of salads (mainly raw fruits and vegetables), vitamins B, C and E and zinc ( in the form of foodstuffs rich in these of supplements) and reducing that of fried and dairy foods, nuts and sugar is helpful in reversing the condition of a dandruff affected scalp.
