Forgot Earbuds At Hotel

I work at a hotel and we receives bins worth of Lost and Found every day.

Call the hotel, ask to be put through to the Lost and Found (at my hotel, it is a voicemail box). Give your name, the room number you stayed in, describe the item and give a callback number.

If they have it, go in and pick it up.

Don't bother having it shipped if you are not near the hotel. Most hotels (like mine) bill shipping to the credit card that was on file for the room.

Every time Ive left something behind worth calling about its been found by housekeeping and sent to me. I may be lucky but the staff in decent places dont pocket stuff if they want to keep their job.
