Canuck Surfer
Buffalo spent the max two years ago and pissed it all away. He wins hands down. At least Calgary is making money, but Feaster is also burning a trail of waste. Niewendyk lost a lot of good assets over the last 5 years.

Ghostsof1915
Feaster. Should have cleaned house the moment he became GM. Waited too long and got nothing in return for his assets.

Canuck Surfer
Guaranteed playoffs, offer sheeted O"Reilly, lmao. Holmgren hasn't been any better though. Traded Richards and Carter for cap space for Bryz who he signed to a 9 year 50m+ contract. The contract which he just bought out. Holmgren also got a smashing return on Carter and Richards; Simmonds, the better Schenn, Voracek,a 3rd and two first round picks. One of which landed Couturier. His team was going to fall apart at the seams over salary cap issues. I bet Philly would happily make the same two trades again; just might not have spend the money on Brzgalov or traded Bobrovsky?
