Raffi Torres's Smirk
Do NHL coaches use a different strategy when they coach IIHF tourneys? If they used the same strategy they used in the NHL the other coaches and the players (on their IIHF team but not on their NHL team) could tell their respective NHL clubs. Wouldnt this make their NHL strategies less effective? Wouldn't the natural arc of this progression be: Good NHL Coach Good IIHF Coach Maybe still inherently good, but less effective NHL Coach I just feel like they'd give all their secrets away and it would be a disservice to themselves to coach well in IIHF. Sorry if this was hard to read, this was a bit of a mind dump. This could be the stupidest thread ever, but this is the internet and I dont care. Not A Fruit
They probably change strategies anyway because of level of different players and different ice sizes
