AllEyezOnMe
So I have been hired at Footlocker and starting this coming Monday, just wondering if anyone has worked there in the past or a store similar to it. Any tips because Im not too inclined with sports wear as the average person but willing to learn. What's the training like? Best customer service tips? Grapefruits
Don't post anything work related on social media. Also, if you have where you work attached to any social media profiles, be careful what you post, it could come back against you.

MillerGenuineDraft
Just have fun. Don't memorize what you're about to say. Have natural conversations. Get on the good side of the Sales Lead, they are the ones who report to the Manager at the end of the day. And once again, have fun with it. Working retail is one of the best, and at times the worst, job you will have!

AllEyezOnMe
Positive, go-getter attitude, kind/cordial/helpful behaviour, and thorough knowledge on products/technology and differences between models and brands is the key to success in stores like Foot Locker. ...and hope that you won't have to deal with too many stinky feet. PlayStation
Be careful of various leagues like the NFL coming for replacement referees, they might just drag you out of there.
