Plum
A franchise player for a B, C prospects and Tanevs rights. It is pretty good but I don't think they will accept that.

The Magician
From Vancouver's standpoint I wouldn't do it either. Galchenyuk will has 1st line potention, but Kassian and Schroeder have top 6 potential, and Tanev top 4 potential. Would rather have the depth and a big power forward. qwijibo
Montreal is not going to trade away their 3rd overall pick from a year ago who will likely be the first true top line center they've had in a long time If they're were to trade him it certainly wouldn't be for the package offered. Schroeder offers zero trade value to a team that already has a very small center in Desharnais, Kassian has yet to show any indication that he will be anything more than a bottom 6 guy. And Montreal is incredibly deep in defence prospects so Tanevs rights wouldn't be that attractive to them.
SergioMomesso
Montreal does not need another Smurf. How about Edler for Pacioretty straight up. I would do it. Would you? Or would MG?

DownUndaCanuck
Overpayment on Vancouver's behalf. Galchenyuk is not a Crosby-like "franchise player". He's a future 1st liner, sure, but he won't be setting any records and honestly probably won't even be in the Art Ross or Rocket Richard races in the future considering the talent he's up against (ie. Stamkos, Tavares, the Oiler kids all of his era). Two future top-6 forwards and a top-4 defenceman for a future 1st line forward is not even close to fair. Schroeder and Tanev straight up is closer, but I still wouldn't do it - we need the defensive quality and depth.
qwijibo
This works better, for everyone: To muntreal Booth, schroeder, weber, 3rd rd pick To VANCOUVER CANUCKS: Galchenyuk, 4th rd pick

lmm
I think for Montreal to listen it would have to be Kassian + Horvat which is slight over payment.
