Master Radishes Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Last words: Yeah, okay, you guys got lucky this time. But I was honestly trying to help the TP by promoting discussion and activity. I mean it when I say that silence only helps the mafia hide. Discussion leads to arguments, patterns, slip-ups, other verbal cues that can give away a Mafioso. We can't always rely on the Sheriff to do our work for us. I say this even when I'm Mafia because I know that in future games I'll be TP, and I want you guys to be trained to talk so I don't have to give my mini-rants like this every time. Also, it just makes the game so much more fun when everyone is involved! (And yes, there will always be a few lurkers. But we can't allow a culture of passive silence to become the norm. Those games are boring and hardly worth playing.) This one looks to be off to a good start, though. Enjoy the game, guys. Go Mafia! Link to comment

JE14 Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 I think, although it varies between games, that generally the inexperienced players(less than 2 games played) who end up mafia go dead quiet in hopes of slipping through the cracks. I think we might be best off voting one of those quieter players but waiting a bit because they might end up being god-killed anyways. Link to comment
