Gerbera
Other than Winnipeg, I don't see him playing for another team other than Anaheim. But I guess Detroit could be a dark horse as well considering the sorcery they put on Alfredson...
Angry Goose
I don't get why people think just because he started his career in WPG that there is some sort of sentiment for Selanne to go back there. he played 4 seasons there folks, and over 13 seasons for the ANH Ducks. If he has any desire to return to the team he has any close bonds to, it would be ANH or some other team with a chance at competing for the cup. I bet WPG isn't even in the picture unless they pay him very good salary that makes going there worth it.

мeтpо
If he's smart he'd sign in Detroit to try for a cup.
Cyril Sneer
Watch him go to Detroit too. I could see it happening. I don't think that's right. I knew Teemu was old but Winnipeg has been cold for millennia now. Still... it would be good for them to find another heat source. They could be Phoenix North. Primal Optimist
http://www.sportsnet...team-or-retire/ Apparently he is down to 3 options: Ducks, Other NHL club, Retire. Hopefully he signs with Winnipeg or Anaheim. Good to know that the KHL isn't an option. With an Olympic year coming up, I doubt he retires. Angry Goose
Because he's arguably the best player in Jets history, was a fan favourite AND scored 76 goals in a season once. Just to name a few.
Monty
That was over 15 years ago and in no way guarantees that WPG is a sentimental favourite of his. So it is not automatic that WPG is a team he is going to return to. You're clutching at straws.

zombieksa
Selanne scored 1/2 point a game and was -10 in 46 games last year, the only -player in the top 12 in Anahiem Gillis could sign him just in time to watch his career crash.
