NucksPatsFan Posted August 12, 2013 Share Posted August 12, 2013 Anyone know of good camp sites in the Okanagan? I'm talking Osoyoos, Summerland, Peachland, Oliver. Most of the well known private camp sites and the provincial parks are all booked up, but was hoping some CDCers know of good bush camping spots. Penticton Skaha Lake has a few areas available right now as well. Okanagan Park North and South between Summerland and Peachland will be easy as well right now. Kryten Posted August 13, 2013 Share Posted August 13, 2013 There are many beautiful spots to choose from, I suggest finding a lake near Highway 97 that you can camp at that has a provincial park (there are many to choose from). Sucks you didn't book ahead of time, I am going to the Okanagan Provincial Park (in between Summerland and Peachland) next week. It's near the highway and has decent sites right on Okanagan Lake.
