tribaljohn
DS 50 Kessler 50 Higgins 35 Hansen 30 HS 25 Burrows 25 Booth 22 Garrison 20 Kass 20 Elder 15 KB 15 DH 12 JS 10 CT 10 Sweet if it happens, defence first, should be more like a full third less, just thinking that the expectations from the new coach being very high. A by-product could result in career highs for many players which is also possible. Just not entirely sure what to expect this up coming season. SamJamIam
So if they all hit the lowest range of your expectations, meaning everyone who you have getting 10+ gets exactly 10 and everyone you have getting 20+ get exactly 20, they'll score 280 goals between these players. That's 3.5 goals average per game. That's 200 goals between those players. So nice math first off. His guess is certainly high (I don't think Higgins will do it but close) but at the same time, not production that any of them can't give. Plus I'd argue Garrison would be 17-19 if not 20+. A decent PP would seriously boost Kes, Burrows and the Twins' numbers too. We did 249 GF last full season after all. 262 and 277 before that. Ferlands_Head
Everyone is pretty optimistic considering the canucks don't even have a proper second line yet. 10+ Hansen Higgins Kassian Sedins Booth Burrows Edler Kesler 20+ D.sedin Kesler Burrows Kassian (only with top line minutes)

DownUndaCanuck
Henrik - 15 Daniel - 28 Kassian - 18 Burrows - 22 Kesler - 26 Booth - 24 Higgins - 21 Hansen - 21 Richardson - 10 Around 180 from our top-9. Throw in another 20 from our 4th line and 40 from our defence and we're about right.

Edlerberry
Goals are a function of quality offensive time. There is only so much zone time per season, and only so many players can get a reasonable share of that zone time. Could Hansen score 20? Sure. But that'd probably mean top 6 scoring time, which means either Higgins or Booth wouldn't get 20. You dont just keep adding up total goals... 350 goals seems a bit unrealistic dont you think. bigpush
I think Kesler and Booth score about 20 and Daniel 30, Burrows might come close but I think he will take a step back if he isn't playing with the Sedins. 10+ goal scorers Henrik Hansen Kassian Garrison Edler Higgins Burrows 20+ Booth Kesler Daniel

Yeah, a little optimistic, but he might be getting some 3rd line minutes, and he has scored 11 or more twice in his career.

Wasn't Hansen on pace for about 20 playig 3rd line mins last season? 15 would be good for Higgins playing 3rd. 20-25 for Booth?
