The core of us have stuck together for the entire NHL 13 campaign simming over 23 seasons. We have many dedicated, loyal and honest players and are looking forward to an even more successful campaign with EA fixing some of the bugs from NHL 13. We are only looking for serious long term GMs who won't just blow up their team and quit. For trade negotiations we use CDC's PM feature and many of us use Skype for instant live messaging. Players that are 78+ overall need waivers, unless the team has enough cap to cover the players in the minors or they are waiver ineligible 2. Players that are signed on the first day of UFA signings that are either 81+ overall OR 4 stars yellow and higher:a.) Players who meet the above criteria that are signed to one-year deals, cannot be traded at any point during their season, they must also be forced to test free agency again the next summer.b.) Players who are signed for multi-year deals will become the property of the team and full rights to the individual team are given. 3. No renting players (players being returned after the season is over to the original team via trade) 4. All players whom are rated 84 and over whom are available on July 1 or later must be signed to the length of contract that they are asking for. 5.) If you are GM'ing two teams, you aren't allowed to trade between your teams 6.) If you plan on sending a league maximum salary for that desired length, you must PM mpt on cdc or on skype @ cdccapitals with your intention. If there are two or more teams desiring to bid league max, we will hold a random draw to see which team acquires his services due to a glitch in EA giving the player to the team that is the lowest alphabetically. I.E. Washington will always win over Anaheim in a tie. If the player that is 84 and over is asking for 1 year, all teams can only bid 1 year and our 1 year UFA rule still applies (that player must return to July 1 as a UFA the next season) 7.) Players in free agency that are asking for 2-way contracts must be given 2-way contracts. If the 2-way prospect in free agency is 3.5 stars or more the lottery applies to all those whom bid. 8.)
