Last night, Teemu Selanne joined Nicklas Lidstrom and Jaromir Jagr as the only three European-born skaters to play in 1,400 NHL games!

Simply, amazing. Too bad both Jagr and Selanne will retire after this season. Enjoyed watching them play even though they killed the Canucks every time we faced them, haha.

It's games like this one against the Bs that reinforce my Leafs doubt.

I can't imagine them making any playoff runs anytime soon.

You won't win many playoff games when you go 2:12 in your defensive zone without touching the puck. Poor puck possession teams don't win in the playoffs, plain and simple.
