PlayStation
@theScore: The Phoenix Coyotes are reportedly prepared to host an outdoor game. http://t.co/isDxJ0LHYl @SNHockeyCentral: Daly: Phoenix Coyotes told him they're prepared to host an outdoor game Well... This will be interesting... Yes LA will be hosting one, however Phoenix? The team with how many fans? NHL must have kept Phoenix so they can take constant vacations there when its cold in the East and call them " business trips"
Lil B From The Pack
The first empty outdoor game. I like it!

Master Mind
The NHL will probably have them play the Panthers that game too. Just to really draw in the crowd.
Jägermeister
The University of Phoenix Stadium has got to be the worst stadium name of all time. It's not named for a university in Phoenix... It's named after the online university...

PlayStation
Should be a summer theme, bring your hawaiian shirts, shorts, sunglasses etc. Instead of adding snow, why not sand? Going to need something to contain the pool the players will be playing in! Oops don't forget your sunscreen!

CanuckRow
The ice during a cold outdoor game is already challenging, but in a desert? Jeez. Doubt it's gonna work out.

Langdon Algur
Wow...wonder what David Suziki thinks of this. It's going to take alot of energy and refridgeration to keep the ice cool enough for this game.

Ronalds.Kenins41
I want an outdoor game in Chicago vs Vancouver or the other way around. It's more fun watching games that are outside and there isn't a single empty seat. Chicago has super high attendance figures (sometimes even passes red wings games) whenever Vancouver is in town. It would make a lot of money for a owner who is losing money and at the same time be a game everyone looks forward too. Get er done NHL.

etsen3
Uniforms will consist of flip flops, sleeveless jerseys, and board shorts. Seriously though this is a terrible idea. At least with the LA game, the teams involved have some marketing value. Both inside and outside Phoenix, nobody wants to watch the Coyotes. Hobble
Pretty much guarantees that the stadium will be filled by fans of the opposing team.
