Brian Rafalski to Canucks

Recommended Posts

Think about it before shooting me.

If this guy can prove that he's still able to play (which I'm completely convinced he can), why not throw him a league minimum contract? Veteran presence right handed d-man that can quarterback the powerplay. He still had nearly 50 points in ~65 games in his final season because of his powerplay abilities.

Great insurance if Edler, Stanton, or Alberts go down again as well.

Hamhuis - Tanev

Garrison - Bieksa

Edler - Rafalski

and for the powerplay;

Sedin - Sedin - _____

Kesler - Rafalski

Low risk high reward situation. It looks classy on the organization even if he fails a comeback considering who Rafalski is.

Maybe we should see what he can bring in the ECHL before we go out and waste a contract spot...

Maybe you should read what I post.

Is it that hard to put [Proposal] God, I thought it was a legit signing

Then don't browse the proposal section looking for trades and signings?

Not a very physical player whose hockey sense is second to none therefore he probably has some gas left in the tank; he could very possibly be a useful addition to the Canucks, especially on the PP, and, also if he were to sign at the right price. Not a flake, that's for sure...

Wait, let me just bold, underline and increase the size on this pinned thread:

What about the people who see threads listed in Recent Topics on the right of the forums home page? Or how about not being a douche when you didn't follow the one rule the proposals forum has?
