New York media is reporting that Rangers GM Glen Sather, 70, is thinking about retiring at the end of the NHL season. It's believed that making the playoffs (or not) will have no effect on Sather's decision.

Maybe Gillis and Av will be reunited.

Luongo with a 52 save win against the Sharks. Sharks set their franchise record for shots in a period, 29-2 were the shots in 3rd period. Panthers survived 4 straight penalties including a 51 second 2 man advantage. Just completely stoned.

Giroux has 51 points in his last 38 games. He is making a serious push for the Hart after that horrible start to the season

He leads the league in points since December 11, I think. G is quite the player, although he really is an afterthought in the 'best offensive player' discussion which is a bit sad.

Yes, being 4th in the league in scoring after the bad start to his season is sad.
