Predicting our final 9 games.

Recommended Posts

Minnesota - Vancouver: lose 4-2 - no captain

Avalanche - Vancouver: lose 5-2 - no captain

Anaheim - Vancouver: lose 4-0 -team quite unmotivated against a top 3 team + distrot by season

NYR - Vancouver: lose 3-1 -id take Nash, Richards + St Louis >>> Kesler + Sedins

LAK - Vancouver: lose 2-0 -Gaborik finds his way with the Kings vs our rookie goalie.

Anaheim - Vancouver: lose 4-3 -final effort on season

Avalanche - Vancouver: lose 3-1 -depression sinks in, Av's slow down for playoffs

Edmonton - Vanocuver: Win 4-2 -need to have something positive to end season

Calgary - Vancouver: Win 5-1 - Final home stand before seasons end.

how do you think these games will go? oh and we draft 8-9 this year.

We'll take one of two against both ANA and COL.

We should take both of EDM-CAL

I'd throw out NYR as a 50/50 game if we get a top six forward back.

I think it'll go 4-5 or 5-4

What's your reasoning?

injuries for atleast first 2 games. Henrik and Burrows for lon ger

Lack of motivation.

Rookie starting all 9 games, and if he gets injured, markstrom who has like a .880 save percent. probably another injury down the road.

the first 7 games are against playoff teams...were 20th in the league.

nyr will push harder to beat us then we will to beat them, (playoffs, motivation for them)

avalanche are super sick.

missing number one C and number one RW

Minnesota - Vancouver: win 3-2 OT

Avalanche - Vancouver: lose 5-2

Anaheim - Vancouver: win 3-2 (Ducks on back to back)

NYR - Vancouver: win 2-1

LAK - Vancouver: win 3-2 (Kings last game of 4 in 6 nights)

Anaheim - Vancouver: lose 4-3 OT (Ducks back to back again)

Avalanche - Vancouver: Win 4-3

Edmonton - Vancouver: Win 4-2

Calgary - Vancouver: Win 4-3

14 points puts us at 90 pts. We have to watch the end of the Dallas/Phoenix game (which starts an hour after our final game against the Flames) to see if we make it or not.

This is all extremely hopeful though. Looking at those games without my "homer" glasses on, I think we only get 4 wins out of our final 9 games and miss the playoffs. Especially with these injuries.

I don't consider that kind of record completely out of the question, it's certainly possible, although I see them fairing a bit better. I also don't like to do this because I usually don't see much point to it, but I'll make an exception because my jimmies were particularly rustled by this post. This post is stupid and this user is a complete moron.
