canucks155
Florida has no use for Kesler or Edler. They can get Drasisaitl, Bennett or Dal Colle instead. They're rebuilding and the #1 rule about rebuilding is to not trade away picks unless you're trading up or down...
DylanA
Why the hell would Vancouver get the 10th overall pick? Have you checked the standings or the Canucks' schedule? They're getting a better pick than that.

Drouin
If you could read, it says "assume" If you could read, we'd get the 8th overall pick if the season ended today. 6th overall pick if Ottawa & Winnipeg win and we lose today.

Soviets
Wish it could happen Draisaitl is my ideal pick for center posistion with the way he plays but looks like we will snag a decent wing prospect with 6-10th pick I think the top five teams in the draft will hold onto their first rounders unless a team comes to them with a perfect fit for them which the canucks just aren't offering

DrChill
It would be very interesting if we won the lottery, and islanders give this pick to the sabers. Would you do? Would you trade To buffalo #1 To Vancouver #2 #6 (isles) Then 1 Buffalo -Aaron Ekblad C Kingston (OHL) 6' 0.25" 178 2 Vancouver-Sam Reinhart D Barrie (OHL) 6' 3.5" 216 3 Florida - Leon Draisaitl C Prince Albert (WHL) 6' 1.75" 208 4 Edmonton -Sam Bennett C Kootenay (WHL) 6' 1" 185 5 Calgary- Michael dal Colle LW Oshawa (OHL) 6' 1.5" 179 6 Vancouver -William Nylander C Sodertalje SK(Allsvenskan) 5' 11" 175 7 Nashville -Nick Ritchie RW Peterborough (OHL) 6' 2.25" 230 8 Carolina-Nikolay Goldobin RW Sarnia (OHL) 5' 11.5" 178 9 Winnipeg -Haydn Fleury D Red Deer (WHL) 6' 2.75" 204 10 Anaheim- Jake Virtanen RW Calgary Hitmen (WHL) 6' 0.75"
