YummyCakeFace
AA needs to get off his fat backside already and pull the friggin trigger for a closer. Another one almost pissed away.

Swear to God an injured Stroman could do better. ...anyways, just wanted to say you can see the additions of Martin and Donaldson paying dividends big time. The 2 have changed the culture of the team and it's probably the only ones who could've. Can't praise them enough.
Wilbur
If this game against Baltimore taught me anything, it's that the only pitches Adam Jones sees tomorrow are ones that hit his backside. Do it all game, then maybe, just maybe the Orioles will cut that garbage out with Bautista.

Took about 3-4 tries but he got him alright...honestly, Orioles-Jays rivalry just getting better and better. Love watching them go at it

Love watching them go at it I saw an even better idea posted on the Sportsnet site...make Buck Showalter bat. Not sure why the ump warned both teams (okay, I kinda know why), but it's the Orioles that are the instigators and yet it's the Blue Jays that lose 2 coaches and a pitcher tonight. Tom Sestito
I feel like I'm bad luck. Turned it first to watch them play a couple days ago - win streak ends. Turn in today during the 8th - no hitter ends, blue jays give up 2 runs, so I turned it off. Never again.
Wilbur
Lost in all this controversy is Estrada, he's starting to put out very good starts consistently.
RUPERTKBD
AA needs to get off his fat backside already and pull the friggin trigger for a closer. Another one almost pissed away. A closer would be great, but he's going to cost one of the Jays' young starters. After watching Syndergaard pitch against his team in NY, I can understand AA being reluctant to pull the trigger on Papelbon. The Phillies will be asking for a lot. Lets not forget: The Jays are winning. If not for a couple of bad breaks and some poor baserunning at Citi Field, they might still be chasing the As' consecutive win streak. Maybe we should wait for a losing streak before pressing the panic button. Another idea would be to elevate Delabar to set up man and have Osuna close. Cecil can come in against lefties... YummyCakeFace
Very nice lead off at bat for Reyes. Showed a little more patience and was rewarded.

Cecil can come in against lefties...I wouldn't want anything to do with Papelbum. Way too costly. I've listened to the so called experts on the radio and tv saying there's other more cost effective options out there. You're 100% right, I don't think I could stand to see us lose another Syndergaard. That one is probably gonna give us all a gross feeling in the pit of our stomachs for years to come. ShakyWalton
Relief pitching once again..say goodnight Gracie. Not cashing in the bases loaded didnt help. Edited June 20, 2015 by ShakyWalton
Sean Monahan
Relief pitching once again..say goodnight Gracie. Not cashing in the bases loaded didnt help. Bases loaded no out and they don't get even one across. Could've won the game in the bottom of the 8th if they'd executed. But yeah, sometimes that doesn't happen and pitching needs to help you out (other times vice versa) and the bullpen didn't come through today. ShakyWalton
I will say I am enjoying watching the Jays much more this year..some pitching help would go a long way however.
