canucklekassian
Well I just happened to recall the year Kesler posed half-nude for ESPN. Did that take place before, during, or after the cup run as i recall it created quite a buzz. Was that a "wtf was i thinking moment'? stealing thunder me,me,me? Do You think Kesler would do the "I just watched 300" pose after this terrible season? My answer would be who cares. Shows that its hard to get all class players like a Bobby Orr - Wayne Gretzky - Gordie Howe and mostly every other player in the league except Kesler that aren't thinking of leaching off a moment like the stanley cup run to improve their own image. If Kesler wants to show how in shape he is I personally approve him stripping down to nothing but the full monty and raising his (keslers cup) only after hoisting the real Stanley Cup. I think keslers not worried about where he may be traded, he has eyes on SI's swimsuit cover.

TheRussianRocket.
For your sig about only goalie as best for two franchises in nhl history patrick roy is one so not the only goalie Ken Dryden Montreal...ask hardcore Canadiens fans and they'll more times than not pick Dryden over Roy as the superior franchise goaltender. Hard to debate and argue but that's the consensus. Both played in completely different eras. Dryden's career was short and excellent on a dynasty squad while Roy played just over a decade on average-good teams. Since Dryden played such a long time ago, there are only a select few stats from his career but just looking at those and comparing them to Roy, Dryden is the superior net minder hands down. canucklekassian
whats the biggest mystery is that we got wannabe swimsuit models that should be focused on playing hockey. I say let the sap go to some US team where he can act like Jermey Roenick and do some ice dancing for the fans during intermission. Another reason Roenick never won the cup......he was too high on himself to care about the team. I mean Kesler is not as bad as Roenick for show gloating but hey Kesler has no cup and he sure is lippy as lapierre but never drops em, nothing, until then stfu and put your modelling career on hold. Who do you think you are Anna Keslerkova?

-DLC-
What ON EARTH is the point in this? Honestly....how does doing some promotional work for a clothing line impact what he does on the ice? Many players throughout the league have side projects, charity work and other things that they devote time to and it doesn't mean they aren't committed as players. We're trying to be kindler, gentler and not closing so many threads, so I'll leave it to see what develops.
