TheRussianRocket.
That guy's a tool. I don't even care what he says. Just rambling off about stuff a monkey could even say.
Rush17
If Gallagher says anything negative about Linden he will only tarnish his reputation. No one will tolerate him trash talking Linden this early. Besides I think Gallagher doesn't have a problem with Linden the way he did with Gillis. Linden deserves respect and we should all chill out and just let him do his thing. Its clear in our market there is a lot of pressure which can be beneficial but we should allow Linden to do his job and lets try not to be so critical. Lets ride this wave and see where it takes us. GLASSJAW
did I miss something? isn't Linden the president, not the GM? the worst he could say, in my opinion, is that this is a PR move, and Linden is in a figurehead position. Linden may have the "final say" in regards to player and management handling, but are we really going to believe he's going to be challenging the likes of Henning and and Gilman (if they stick around)? Pleeease. The Canucks were an embarrassment this year. This was a move to calm the rabble and build a tiny bit of excitement for next year. Rush17
Gallagher just likes to stirr stuff up. He must be an agent of the Toronto media trying to create drama. Hope he learns to respect Linden. Questioning the decision is fine but if he goes any further then that then I hope he gets chased out of town.
Jack Fig
Tony's opinion will be largely irrelevant....the majority of the fanbase likes Linden's hiring.
TOMapleLaughs
- "Hiring Linden was a deplorable move made out of ultra-desperation to breathe some life into this dilapidated corpse of a franchise." - "The team's lineup is still a cause of preeminent distress, and this pernicious hiring will do utterly nothing to solve that." Ehlers
Haha, really? He is so predictable. What were the complaints he had? Most were directed that he had no experience and he's spent most of his days working on his fitness and then he brought up that he was either at the gym or backpacking somewhere

GLASSJAW
If everyone never read that little crickets stuff he'd be gone by now. A huge chunk of the Canucks fanbase could only be defined as self-loathing and drama mongering. This forum is a small scale sign of that: it is full of speculation about grand schemes against this team, Eklund posts, and Gallagher articles, which are taken as personal insults. Many people here are utterly delusional and, worse, are in love with the illusion they all agree upon
5Fivehole0
These threads feed the troll that is Gallagher, if you don't think he reads forums you are crazy.
RUPERTKBD
I predict that whomever the Canucks hire, be it a GM or coach, will be holding Zack Kassian back so much that he won't be able to realize his true potential until he's traded. Anywhere.
