Piggy Bank
To Detroit Alex Edler To Vancouver 1st 2015 2nd 2014 - To Anaheim Ryan Kesler + To Vancouver 10th Overall 25th Overall Shea Theodore - To Washington Chris Higgins ( i think he would say yes ) Det 2nd 2014 To vancouver 1st 2015 Notes: -Kesler trade i think will happen-its a staple of proposals on here. -I think next year may be the year Det finally falls. Datsyuk and Zetterberg will be deathly old, Alfredsson should retire, and 2nd year hangover for rookies (like what happened to Huberdeau). -I think Washington is done aswell. Too much invested in ovi and backstom...no true leadership. -If we remove higg's then we have room to rotate gaunce fox and shin in regular season. Draft MDC at 6 Ehlers at 10 someone at 25 3 firsts next year, all likely first 14 MDC Horvat Cassels (chemistry 2-way and skill) Ehlers Gaunce Shinkaruk (2-way playmaker and sniper) Jensen xxx Kassian tanev theodroe
CRAZY_4_NAZZY
You keep proposing the same Anaheim Deal every single post. This is like the fourth time I've seen you post that deal of Kesler for Anaheim's picks and Shea Theodore. I seriously think if we deal Kesler, a center has to come back, we have no one to fill that spot who is ready, and in the open market of free agents, second line centers are hard to come by, and most teams will be targeting the same players as we would and would be willing to overpay. We need to avoid those Detroit loves Edler but not enough to part with two early round picks. They rather build around the draft as they have been so succesful in doing so for the past 2 decades. Edler's terrible season will mean a very small market and offers that will be far less equal to the value we think of Edler. Washington's trade - Higgins may say yes, but Washington won't. Higgins is an aging winger who is more of a checker than scorer, and the Caps have Chimera, Ward, Laich who do the exact same thing as Higgins, and wont have to surrender a 1st round pick to do so. I wasn't going to go back and check his thread history, but I was pretty sure it was him every time I've seen that proposal.
