JohnTavares
Knew you would pick him up. Had him on my radar as well for a couple rounds. Hoping he'd slip. He'll be the starter in a year at this pace, if not he'll split with Ward and get 40 starts. Decent pickup in round 12.

gmen81
Dwight King At first glance I thought it said Derek King. I was like I'm pretty sure he's been retired for like 10 years.
AriGold
I plussed this. Regardless of him being in the KHL, I'm happy to retain Sobotka's RFA rights. Some good news to the situation. Jeremy Rutherford @jprutherford 36s Sobotka's agent, Petr Svoboda, has confirmed KHL contract to Post-Dispatch. He will play 2014-15 in Russia. Deal has out clause each year. Primal Optimist
Carolina Hurricanes are proud to select Chad Johnson. You got that right Brother! With this selection the Carolina Hurricanes have solidified our top 12, and declared our mission statement, objective, core competency, business plan and future forward planning model, all in one. This is the bar. YOu must be THIS in order to Ride the Hurricane: Taylor Hall, Jordan Eberle, Blake Wheeler Chris Higgins, Jussi Jokinen, Jarome Iginla Jason Garrison, Alex Edler Matt Carle, Mark Streit Eddie Lack Chad Johnson With 12 members of our team unveiled, we have spent $52,230,000 of our maximum cap, and have secured our core for an average of 3.5 years, with 7 players locked up for at least 4 years, 3 players for 3 years and 2 for two years. The best part is, our Front Office team has excelled at finding value in the later rounds in previous situations, more so than early round selection..so the 'best' dollar for dollar, is yet to come! Get your seats early, while there is still room on the bandwagon...We Will Rock you, like a Hurricane!
