Tyler Song
Now that St. Louis has been eliminated from first round for the third year in a row, they may go all in next year. Here is a proposal. To St. Louis: Ryan Kesler To Vancouver: 2015 first round pick 2016 first round pick conditional 2017 first round pick (if St. Louis wins the Cup in 2015 or 2016) St. Louis gets a legitimate chance at the Cup for the next two years, and Vancouver starts building for the future by getting 2 (maybe 3) low first round picks in two very deep drafts. What do you guys think?

luongo_01
Is this going to happen every time someone is eliminated from the playoffs? Ugh I know. Already a DET thread for Kesler: http://forum.canucks.com/topic/359463-does-detroit-loss-increase-a-kesler-to-det-trade-possibility/ and a Tampa thread: http://forum.canucks.com/topic/359466-is-tampa-now-a-good-trading-partner-for-kes/
Absent Canuck
St Louis needs high end scoring forwards. A team that needs Kesler is the Tampa Bay Lightning.
73 Percent
if stlouis get eliminated does that increase keslers value and trade probabilities to the blues? edit: I dont actually think this. it just seems everytime a team gets eliminated theres a thread like this. hahah I win! Mimerez
St Louis is really strong down the middle. Why would they need Kesler?

They couldnt get it done with who they have they need someone with more offence and expereinse like Kesler. Its obvious now lol. Also, they have Backes. If they're smart, they'll throw Derek Roy out and bring in a real offensive 1c. Not Kesler AKA Backes. Steen, Schwartz on the left side. Backes, ? down the middle. Oshie, Tarasenko on the right side. TOMapleLaughs
St Louis is really strong down the middle. Why would they need Kesler?A main disappointment this season for them has been Berglund. If he stepped it up at all, perhaps the loss of Backes could've been overcome. I was pulling for StL this year. Too bad they couldn't do anything. Even with Miller. I wonder if Miller's stock dropped after this. He looked fairly inconsistent in this series and leading up to it. When StL needs is a gamebreaker center. They have a bunch of wingers who can play center, but none are elite. However, Kesler may not be that guy for them.
Tyler Song
St Louis is really strong down the middle. Why would they need Kesler? Derek Roy and Steve Ott are UFA's this summer, and TJ Oshie is more of a winger than a center. Imagine a lineup of: Backes Kesler Berglund Lapierre or Kesler Backes Berglund Lapierre

Bure to Mogilny
Request lock, redundant/proposal Why its a good discusion Does offend you?
Tom Sestito
@Mirimez, Derek Roy was shitty according to most blues fans. He'll be gone, unless he signs for cheap and plays an offensive 3c role. Obviously he won't, because he'll go chase money.
Tom Sestito
Why its a good discusion Does offend you? It's not good discussion because Kesler is exactly what they don't need.
